I feel that in order for you to be comfortable and for us to work well together it is important that you know a bit about me. I have 25 years PA and office management experience within a range of businesses, mainly investment banks (Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Barclays Wealth, Credit Suisse, HSBC, WestLB), law firms (Clifford Chance), plus local building companies, local government, and advertising agencies (Grey Advertising). My work has provided me with lots of experience, much enjoyment and plenty of variety. During my time within the corporate world as a PA I was involved in event management and organised many big client events, from large formal signing events for overseas clients, client presentations, to big client social occasions.
Always keen to learn and understand my environments I continued my studies and passed my banking exams in Securities & Futures Authority Registered Representative Examination and Investment Administration Qualification Examination (Introduction to Securities, Regulatory, and Crest Settlement Modules), and the Loan Market Association Certificate Course.
Since setting up my business I have been working with small businesses and individuals providing support with diary management and meeting arrangements (face to face meetings, calls and video calls), inbox management, office management, PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets, typing up letters and CV’s, travel arrangements (business and personal), internet research, taking meeting minutes, updating social media and website information and much more.
In my spare time I try to keep fit by running and circuit training. I would like to say that I am an accomplished cook but unfortunately that is not the case, much to my family’s disappointment!
